Employees work individually with their managers to achieve operational excellence. They create an annual developmental plan that allows them to advance within the company.
Tier 1 ensures that all employees hired receive the required training to safely perform their assigned role. Where required, we provide additional mandatory job specific training.

The FETDP is an accelerated technical leadership strategy course. It is designed to recruit, develop and integrate post-secondary graduates into our field operations as field supervisors, within 90 days of starting the program. Successful candidates will possess the ability to apply and use related knowledge, skills and abilities to successfully perform what we define as ‘critical work functions’.
New Engineering Technology Grad programs are run periodically throughout the year.
Recently graduated from an Engineering Technology program at an accredited college or university
Two years oil and gas experience and can demonstrate relevant work experience
Prepared for a fast-paced curriculum
Willing to work outdoors in demanding conditions
Have technical capabilities and the drive for success
