Our liner equipment product line can address any client needs from economic drop-off applications to high-pressure multi-stage liner top packer requirements. Our robust dual slip liner hanger-packer will handle the repeated pressure and temperature cycles of a multi-stage well design, and our single-cone hanger will reliably hang off the installed liner and allow you to release prior to cementing. We have options available for deployment methods, cementing procedures and tieback equipment that ensure the best solution for each specific installation.
The challenges of a high temperature environment require specific engineered solutions using the most current technology available.
Tier 1 offers a reliable assortment of options suited for high-temperature environments such as SAGD or CSS. We can address all thermal well requirements from drill-down thermal liner systems and retrievable pressure competent hanger-packers to expansion joints and disconnect subs. Our custom-engineering capability can provide additional solutions to unique challenges faced by operators in the thermal market segment.
Liner deployment options can significantly increase the success in getting liner-casing to depth, especially while passing known points of well-bore challenges, such as ledges or ghost-holes.
Tier 1 provides the ability to push, pull, rotate and/or circulate during installation. Disconnecting from the liner with the running tools can be done hydraulically or simply by rotating to the right while in compression. In addition, we provide a single-trip monobore deployment option, which allows for installation of a liner system using an equivalent size or larger tie-back casing string.
